Commissioning Engineer (BMS)

Position : Commissioning Engineer (BMS)
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience : 3 to 5 years GCC experience in similar role
No. of Positions : 2
Location : Doha
Skills : Should have experience in Integration with Modbus, MBus & BACnet communication protocols and experience in Troubleshooting of electrical panels, communication issues, panel errors and program sequences. Ability to provide technical support and guidance to the site team and to Manage BMS Maintenance and PPM works. Should have Qatar Driving license.

Estimation Engineer (BMS)

Position : Estimation Engineer (BMS)
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience : 5 years GCC experience in similar role.
No. of Positions : 2
Location : Doha
Skills : Experience with Honeywell BMS Systems in must and responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope & Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability. Determine required but non-indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plan specifications, etc.) and Perform assessment of subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps.
